Had my first pedi & mani done this past weekend and really enjoyed it...a little tickle here and there...but I had to let Patty know she was right, they are fun!

I walked to Albertsons today...past a Karate school....which offered "Submissive Grappling" classes...and past a Physical Therapy place that gives "folk style" wrestling classes..I have never heard of either of these classes...but I am guessing they will use a lot of calories.......like swimming and whiffle ball.......so it pays to walk places and see what is out there sometimes.
