I've come very very cloes to fame a couple times actually....
One time Debbie Gibson stayed at my father's hotel and she signed her name on the bill. Which I later laminated to preserve.
Another time I dated this gal briefly in high school, we broke up, and then she went onto date a guy named Rae Carruth. He was later convicted of conspiring to murder his girlfriend (but was a different Girlfriend).

Then one time my uncle's, ex-wife's, mother, married Clint Black's (singer) brother (I think) and my uncle's, ex-wife and her son, my cousin, appeared in a photo, from the wedding, in People magazine.
Lastly, I knew this old hippee, who actually appeared on the cover of AARP Magazine.
Think that's all.... came pretty close to fame though as you can see.
Oh yea, I had another brush....My sister's husband, Robert, was in Life magazine when he was 16 or so...this would be back in the 60's I am guessing...they interviewed him on either having long hair or quitting school...I can't remember which.

I remember that photo shoot well. I like that they went with the "seductively touching glasses" pic. It was my fav.
