OK Vic, here is what I found...That lady carrying the meat is the singer Tiffany--remember her from the late 80's, her remake of "I think we're alone now" and other forgettable songs. If you watch this longer version video, she is singing more and it helps explain the meat concept...well, not really explain but it does show what her plans were with that hunk of meat. Still doing research as to why she needed to hold a huge hunk of meat...
