lets hold on a min here..this is america and you are innocent until proven guilty...as far as I can see the man did nothing legally wrong.....and nobody said if it involved consenting legal-aged cows or if the aledged incident took place in the privacy of the guys bedroom or not. As far as the law is concerned...he is free to be.

Better question: Since when does the animals alleged enjoyment (or lack there of) have anything to do with laws pertaining to bestiality?
FYI: In America it is only legal to have sex with an animal if the human is on the receiving end of the "sexual transaction."
