Why Can't a Fox Eat a Happy Meal?
On two early mornings this week, I have looked out the window and seen a red fox in our backyard - a wild animal, not the late comic (though that would be even more impressive!). Anyway, this morning the fox was running with some prey in its mouth. I hope it was not one of our 2 wild bunnies, Harold and Maude. Ribhard points out that a fox has to eat, but I'm wondering why he can't just get a happy meal....

how odd. During my drive home last week I saw a little red fox tackle and strangle a squirrel that was almost as big as the fox was. Then, just a couple of days ago I saw some bunny tracks in the snow in our front yard, followed by evidence of a scuffle. I asked Jay, "do foxes eat bunnies", to which he replied "oh ya".
This was a BAF - Big Ass Fox - same one, I bet, both days - told Ribhard that, when I first saw it a couple days ago, I thought it was a dog - like a smallish german shepherd.
hey its the natural order...bunnies live a pretty good life..just screwin and eating carrots...( and I mean come on now..if you had a choice.....) .so if they meet their natural passing..so be it.
