Tablespoons of Tomato Paste
Often you only need one or two tablespoons of tomato paste
at a time. What do you do with what’s left in the can? Try dividing the paste
into exact tablespoon measures on a plate, and place the plate in the freezer.
Once the dollops of paste are frozen solid, transfer them to a resealable
plastic bag, and place the bag in the freezer. This way you’ll always have
exact measures of tomato paste on hand!
And as I have advised previously, you can do the same with bacon grease in plastic ice trays! Does the fun ever end?????

How's this for a coincidence? Charles Darwin and Abraham Lincoln were born in the same year, on the same day: Feb. 12, 1809. As historical facts go, it amounts to little more than a footnote. Still, while it's just a coincidence, it's a coincidence that's guaranteed to make you do a double take the first time you run across it.
