Tablespoons of Tomato Paste

Often you only need one or two tablespoons of tomato paste at a time. What do you do with what’s left in the can? Try dividing the paste into exact tablespoon measures on a plate, and place the plate in the freezer. Once the dollops of paste are frozen solid, transfer them to a resealable plastic bag, and place the bag in the freezer. This way you’ll always have exact measures of tomato paste on hand!

And as I have advised previously, you can do the same with bacon grease in plastic ice trays! Does the fun ever end?????
