Valencia tells us the other day about this thing for cleaning out your sinuses. I am intrigued and visit Whole Food to check them out. I am still in the "gathering base line data" stage (which means I am looking for the cheapest one).Google or youtube this item if you have never seen it. Have any of yall tried it out?

greetings. I indeed own one, a blue one with a broken handle. I love it. If you do it right, it clears out sinuses, gets rid of headaches, and quelches dizziness (if you are prone to dizziness due to inner ear stuff like I am). If you do it incorrectly, it burns. Also a word of caution - when blowing one's nose afterwards, the ears are liable to POP so be super super super careful and gentle so as not to blow out your eardrums 'cause that would suck.

HA! There is a lot of info out there about the neti (aka jala neti, which seems also to be a good dog name) - are you afraid to try it? I hardly consider pouring salt water up one's nose as being new age, but perhaps I am so entrenched in newaginess that i can't see past the murk.

wasn't jala neti what they called those storm troopers in that movie? I can't remember much from those movies..but I do remember lava the hump and varth tater.
